Designed by D’Angelico president, Steve Pisani, and head luthier, Dave Wise, the EX-BASS combines classic and contemporary design features to accommodate the modern bass player while holding true to D’Angelico tradition.Featuring the acclaimed violin-inspired, post archtop bracing found on the EX-SS guitars, and crafted with the gigging musician in mind, the EX-BASS sports a lightweight single cutaway semi-hollow body made from laminated flame maple for a booming, resonant tone and a fatigue-free performance.
