This is the most technically “perfect” single cut-away bass guitar on the market. The traditional single cut-away bass is severely lacking in the left-side surface area which is used to grab and articulate low-end frequency response. By incorporating Minarik Guitars proprietary TONE TAIL ENGINEERING on the bottom of the body and adding an additional tail on the upper left bout, the frequency problems with the traditional single cut-away bass have been “corrected.” The cut-away has been sharpened and enhanced to tie in with the two other “points” on the body, giving this bass that signature Minarik design style.
