The hollow body features a flamed maple top, back, and sides; and the Antique Yellow Sunburst finish really accentuates the grain of the flamed maple and oozes pure traditional old school vibe. The electronics schematic features a pair of Super 58 Humbuckers. The Super 58s perform well in a variety of situations. You ll get tons of smooth, warm jazz tones with bottom-end to spare from the neck pickup, as well as having the option to switch to high-end twang from the bridge pickup. Warm, balanced articulation and excellent response characterize the Super 58 pickups.The neck on the Ibanez AF95 is carved from a 3 piece Mahogany/Maple laminate into a comfortable, tapered profile which starts at a 20mm thickness at the 1st fret to a full 26.5mm at the 12th fret. The tapered neck will feel at home in your fretting hand. A bound ebony fingerboard with luxurious block inlays and jumbo frets will facilitate total ease of playability.
